Joseph Schapel is the Chief Financial Officer of Geis Companies. He has many years of experience in the construction, property management, and development industries. Mr. Schapel has been involved with all facets of the property management business including financial reporting, finance structures, and tenant relations.

Joe currently oversees the accounting, finance, and tax functions for construction, property management, architectural services, development, hospitality, and furniture procurement divisions.
