Menlo Park Academy

Through the use of Historic Tax Credits and in cooperation with the State Historic Preservation office Menlo Park Academy – Ohio’s only tuition free K-8 school focused solely on serving gifted learners – renovated the four story Historic Joseph and Feiss Building. This project had a condensed schedule, significant budget constraints, and was a challenging historic building. We created a modern concept charter school within this once occupied clothing factory.
